Inter&Co. Securities, LLC (“Inter Securities”), a foreign entity incorporated and authorized in the United States of America (“USA”) under registration number CRD: 317278/SEC#: 8-70985, and is not authorized by the Securities and Exchange Commission (“CVM”) to directly offer securities to investors resident in Brazil, so its services are not registered and are not subject to supervision by the CVM or any other Brazilian regulatory body.

In this sense, under the terms of the CVM Guidance Opinion n° 33/2005, Inter Securities contracted Inter Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliarios Ltda. (Inter DTVM”) Brazilian entity duly authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil and part of the Brazilian securities distribution system accredited by the CVM, as its intermediary, to enable Brazilian investors to access the services provided by Inter Securities. Inter DTVM appears as a mere intermediary of Inter Securities, responsible for the acquisition, registration procedures and onboarding of the Client, with no responsibility on its part for the acts carried out within the platform. Inter DTVM may receive remuneration from Inter Securities for services provided.

Inter DTVM takes care to ensure that Inter Securities is properly constituted, existing and authorized to operate in the USA, and is a member of the competent North American regulators, namely: the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).
